New York High School Volleyball - Saugerties can't hold off Pine Bush
September 24, 2025: Saugerties, NY 12477 In Wednesday's non-league match, the Pine Bush Bushmen (Pine Bush, NY) volleyball squad tipped the host Saugerties Sawyers (Saugerties, NY), by a count of 3-2.
Next up, the Bushmen battle the Kingston Tigers (Kingston, NY) in a Section 9 Orange County I bout, on Friday, September 26. Pine Bush will attempt to better on its 5-3 season record. The Tigers come into the bout with a 3-5 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Roosevelt (Hyde Park, NY).
With the loss, Saugerties drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Sawyers host Wallkill (Wallkill, NY) to clash with the Panthers in a MHAL bout on Monday, September 29. The Panthers enter the contest with a record of 11-4. Wallkill lost 3-2 in their recent league contest against Roosevelt (Hyde Park, NY)
