September 25, 2021: Hoover, AL 35242 The Spain Park Jaguars volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Pelham Panthers to 0 in the Jaguars non-league victory on Saturday.
The Jaguars now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hewitt-Trussville for a non-league game on Tuesday, September 28. Spain Park will meet a Huskies team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Southside (Gadsden, AL). The Huskies record now stands at 3-2.
The Panthers (23-10) will now prepare for their game against John Carroll Catholic (Birmingham, AL). The Cavaliers enter the non-league game with a 5-6 record. In their last game, John Carroll Catholic was dropped by Oak Mountain (Birmingham, AL), 2-0, in a non-league game.
