September 25, 2023: New London, NC 28127 In Monday's non-league match, the host North Stanly Comets football squad scored a big 48-12 victory over the Union Academy Cardinals.
In their next game, the Comets clash with the Lake Norman Charter Knights (Huntersville, NC) in a non-league match, on Thursday, October 5. North Stanly will attempt to move on its 3-3 season record. The Knights enter the match with a 2-1 record after their 14-6 non-league loss to Cabarrus Stallions (Kannapolis, NC).
