In Monday's non-league contest, the Shelby Whippets (Shelby, OH) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Western Reserve Roughriders (Collins, OH), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Whippets face the Highland Fighting Scots (Marengo, OH) in a contest, on Tuesday, September 26. Shelby will attempt to better on its 13-3 season record.
