Alabama High School Volleyball - Cornerstone over Indian Springs
September 25, 2023: Pelham, AL 35124 Cornerstone Eagles (Birmingham, AL) supporters left the game in high spirits Monday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Indian Springs Student (Pelham, AL), 25-18 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Eagles clash with the Altamont Knights (Birmingham, AL) in a 2A Area 9 match, on Tuesday, September 26. Cornerstone will attempt to advance on its 13-1 season record. The Knights come into the match with a 5-6 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Moody (Moody, AL).
With the loss, Indian Springs drops to 7-7 on the campaign. The Student travel to Tarrant (Birmingham, AL) to clash with the Wildcats in a 3A Area 7 match on Tuesday, September 26. The Wildcats come into the match with a record of 4-6. Tarrant won 3-1 in their recent non-league match against Fultondale (Birmingham, AL)
