River Forest Ingots (Hobart, IN) supporters left the game in high spirits Monday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting East Chicago Central Cardinals (East Chicago, IN), 3-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Ingots clash with the Calumet New Tech Warriors (Gary, IN) in a Greater South Shore match, on Thursday, September 28. River Forest will attempt to advance on its 11-16 season record.

With the loss, East Chicago Central drops to 7-8 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Hammond Central (Hammond, IN) to clash with the Wolves in a Great Lakes match on Tuesday, September 26.
