The Bulldogs now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Charlottesville for a non-league outing on Wednesday, October 2. Goochland will clash with a Black Knights squad coming off a 57-6 non-league loss to Fluvanna County (Palmyra, VA). The Black Knights record now stands at 0-4.
With the defeat, Monticello drops to 2-2 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Louisa County (Mineral, VA) to clash with the Lions in a non-league outing on Wednesday, October 2.
