Utah High School Football - Hunter holds off West Jordan
September 25, 2024: West Valley City, UT 84120 The Hunter Wolverines football squad scored 26 points and limited the visiting West Jordan Jaguars to 21 in the Wolverines non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Wolverines now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host Taylorsville for a non-league test on Wednesday, October 9. Hunter will clash with a Warriors squad coming off a 30-21 non-league loss to Cyprus (Magna, UT). The Warriors record now stands at 0-1.
With the defeat, West Jordan drops to 2-3 on the campaign. The Jaguars host Cyprus (Magna, UT) to clash with the Pirates in a test on Thursday, October 3. The Pirates come into the test with a record of 2-1. Cyprus won 30-21 in their recent non-league test against Taylorsville (Taylorsville, UT)
