North Carolina High School Football - Jacksonville wallops New Bern
September 25, 2024: Jacksonville, NC 28540 The Jacksonville Cardinals football squad scored 51 points and limited the visiting New Bern Bears to 14 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Cardinals now hold a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Havelock for a test on Thursday, October 10.
With the defeat, New Bern drops to 2-3 on the campaign. The Bears host South Central (Winterville, NC) to meet the Falcons in a non-league test on Thursday, October 3. The Falcons come into the test with a record of 5-1. South Central lost 40-24 in their recent non-league test against J.H. Rose (Greenville, NC)
