September 25, 2024: Chocowinity, NC 27817 The Southside Seahawks (Chocowinity, NC) football were winner over the visiting Rosewood Eagles (Goldsboro, NC), 34-6 in Wednesday's non-league outing.
The Seahawks now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host American Leadership Academy-Johnston for a non-league outing on Thursday, October 3. Southside will clash with a Patriots squad coming off a 22-0 non-league win over North Wake Saints (Wake Forest, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 1-1.
With the defeat, Rosewood drops to 0-5 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Hobbton (Newton Grove, NC) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league outing on Thursday, October 3. The Wildcats come into the outing with a record of 0-4. Hobbton lost 14-6 in their recent non-league outing against North Johnston (Kenly, NC)
