Pennsylvania High School Volleyball - Lakeview overwhelmed by Saegertown
September 25, 2024: Saegertown, PA 16433 Saegertown Panthers (Saegertown, PA) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Lakeview Sailors (Stoneboro, PA), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Saegertown improves its record to 6-5 on the season. The Panthers travel to Slippery Rock (Slippery Rock, PA) to face the Rockets in a non-league test on Friday, September 27. The Rockets go into the test with a record of 10-5. Slippery Rock won 3-0 in their recent league test against Hickory (Hermitage, PA)
The Sailors now own a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Farrell for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 1. Lakeview will face a Steelers squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Commodore Perry (Hadley, PA). The Steelers record now stands at 1-6.
