In Thursday's non-league game, the Franklinton Demons (Franklinton, LA) football team overcame the host Fontainebleau Bulldogs (Mandeville, LA), by a tally of 41-20.

In their next game, the Demons battle the Sumner Cowboys (Kentwood, LA) in a non-league game, on Friday, October 3. Franklinton will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record. The Cowboys enter the game with a 4-0 record after their 35-0 non-league win over Livonia (Livonia, LA).

The Bulldogs (2-2) will now prepare for their game against Covington (Covington, LA). The Lions enter the non-league outing with a 3-1 record. In their last outing, Covington was knocked off by Northshore (Slidell, LA), 17-10, in a non-league outing.
