California High School Football - Mira Costa falls to Villa Park
September 25, 2025: Manhattan Beach, CA 90266 The Villa Park Spartans felled the host Mira Costa Mustangs football team by a score of 42-34 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Spartans play the Yorba Linda Mustangs (Yorba Linda, CA) in a test, on Thursday, October 2. Villa Park will attempt to upgrade on its 6-1 season record. The Mustangs go into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 33-17 non-league loss to Edison (Huntington Beach, CA).
The Mustangs (0-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Bishop Amat (La Puente, CA). The Lancers go into the non-league challenge with a 6-0 record.
