Huntley Red Raiders (Huntley, IL) followers went home pleased Thursday as they saw their flag football team gain a win over the visiting Cary-Grove Trojans (Cary, IL), 31-12 in a league battle.

With the win, Huntley advances its record to 12-4 on the season. The Red Raiders host Lake Park (Roselle, IL) to play the Lancers in a non-league battle on Saturday, September 27. The Lancers go into the battle with a record of 2-10. Lake Park lost 21-7 in their recent non-league battle against Glenbrook North (Northbrook, IL)

Coming up next, the Trojans confront the Crystal Lake Central Tigers (Crystal Lake, IL) in a match, on Tuesday, September 30. Cary-Grove will attempt to upgrade on its 9-2 season record. The Tigers come into the match with a 7-4 record after their 13-7 non-league win over Palatine (Palatine, IL).
