California High School Flag Football - University City tops Castle Park

September 25, 2025: Chula Vista, CA 91911

The University City Centurions flag football squad scored 37 points and limited the host Castle Park Trojans to 6 in the Centurions non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Centurions now sport a 9-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Point Loma for a City - City test on Tuesday, September 30. University City will meet a Pointers squad coming off a 32-0 non-league win over Madison (San Diego, CA). The Pointers record now stands at 6-5.

With the defeat, Castle Park drops to 8-3 on the campaign. The Trojans host Montgomery (San Diego, CA) to meet the Aztecs in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 30. The Aztecs come into the test with a record of 3-2. Montgomery won 24-0 in their recent non-league outing against Sweetwater (National City, CA)
