The Rockets now hold a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host San Elizario for a non-league challenge on Thursday, October 2. Irvin will face a Eagles team coming off a 22-20 non-league loss to Clint (Clint, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 2-2.
The Bears (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Riverside (El Paso, TX). The Rangers go into the non-league challenge with a 4-0 record. In their last challenge, Riverside bounced Irvin (El Paso, TX), 60-10, in a non-league challenge.
