Nevada High School Football - Somerset Academy Losee thwarted by Palo Verde
September 25, 2025: Las Vegas, NV 89144 Palo Verde Panthers (Las Vegas, NV) fans went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Somerset Academy Losee Lions (North Las Vegas, NV), 30-22 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Palo Verde improves its record to 4-0 on the season. The Panthers travel to Bishop Gorman (Las Vegas, NV) to play the Gaels in a battle on Saturday, October 4. The Gaels come into the test with a record of 3-1. Bishop Gorman lost 25-15 in their recent non-league test against Liberty (Henderson, NV)
With the defeat, Somerset Academy Losee drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The Lions host Shadow Ridge (Las Vegas, NV) to meet the Mustangs in a test on Thursday, October 9. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 6-0.
