The Piper Bengals volleyball squad (Sunrise, FL), dropped 2-0 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Taravella Trojans (Coral Springs, FL)

With the win, Taravella improves its record to 3-0 on the season. The Trojans travel to Highlands Christian (Pompano Beach, FL) to encounter the Knights in a non-league battle on Friday, October 3. The Knights go into the battle with a record of 7-2.

The Bengals now hold a 6-5 record. They take the field next when they host Coral Springs for a non-league contest on Monday, September 29. Piper will battle a Colts team coming off a 2-1 league loss to Deerfield Beach (Deerfield Beach, FL). The Colts record now stands at 0-1.
