With the win, Wyndmere/Lidgerwood improves its record to 4-3 on the season. The Warbirds travel to Sargent County (Milnor, ND) to encounter the Bulldogs in a B - Region 1 battle on Thursday, October 2. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a record of 4-5. Sargent County lost 3-0 in their recent league battle against Richland (Colfax, ND)
The Eagles now hold a 7-16 record. They take the field next when they host Madelia for a non-league contest on Monday, September 29. Maple River will battle a Blackhawks team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to St. Clair (St. Clair, MN). The Blackhawks record now stands at 7-12.
