September 26, 2022: Marion, VA 24354 John Battle Trojans (Bristol, VA) fans left the game content Monday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Marion Scarlet Hurricanes (Marion, VA), 26-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, John Battle improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Chilhowie (Chilhowie, VA) to battle the Warriors in a non-league test on Monday, October 3. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 2-0. Chilhowie won 52-14 in their recent non-league test against Fort Chiswell (Max Meadows, VA)
With the loss, Marion drops to 0-3 on the campaign.
