September 26, 2023: Martinsville, IN 46151 The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Perry Meridian Falcons (Indianapolis, IN) and the host Martinsville Artesians (Martinsville, IN), saw Perry Meridian's volleyball squad beat Martinsville by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Perry Meridian upgrades its record to 10-6 on the year. The Falcons host Pike (Indianapolis, IN) to play the Red Devils in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 3. The Red Devils go into the bout with a record of 1-3. Pike lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Carmel (Carmel, IN)
The Artesians now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Bloomington South for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 28. Martinsville will play a Panthers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Columbus East (Columbus, IN). The Panthers record now stands at 11-4.
