September 26, 2023: Pawtucket, RI 02860 Shea Raiders (Pawtucket, RI) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Burrillville Broncos (Harrisville, RI), 2-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Raiders face the Westerly Bulldogs (Westerly, RI) in a Division 2 challenge, on Thursday, September 28. Shea will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 1-0 league win over East Greenwich (East Greenwich, RI).
The Broncos now have a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they host Chariho for a Division 2 challenge on Friday, September 29. Burrillville will face a Chargers team coming off a 7-1 league win over Tiverton (Tiverton, RI). The Chargers record now stands at 2-2.
