Georgia High School Volleyball - Athens Christian Walnut Grove
September 26, 2023: Athens, GA 30601 The Walnut Grove Warriors topped the host Athens Christian Eagles volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Warriors now have a 24-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Social Circle for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 27. Walnut Grove will confront a Redskins team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Lake Oconee Academy (Greensboro, GA). The Redskins record now stands at 8-14.
The Eagles (3-29) will now prepare for their test against Eastside (Covington, GA). The Eagles enter the non-league test with a 16-14 record. In their last test, Eastside gained a win over Salem (Conyers, GA), 2-0, in a non-league test.
