In Tuesday's non-league battle, the host Dallas Center-Grimes Mustangs volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Lincoln Railsplitters.

The Mustangs (12-6) will now prepare for their battle against North Polk (Alleman, IA). The Comets come into the non-league battle with a 22-6 record. In their last battle, North Polk lost by A-D-M (Adel, IA), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Railsplitters clash with the Ames Little Cyclones (Ames, IA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, October 10. Lincoln will attempt to advance on its 3-11 season record.
