Kentucky High School Football - Oldham County tops Ballard
September 26, 2024: Buckner, KY 40010 The Oldham County Colonels football squad scored 14 points and limited the visiting Ballard Bruins to 0 in the Colonels non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Colonels now hold a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Bullitt for a non-league test on Thursday, October 10.
With the defeat, Ballard drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Bruins host St. Xavier (Louisville, KY) to meet the Tigers in a non-league test on Thursday, October 3. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 5-1. St. Xavier lost 16-13 in their recent non-league test against Trinity (Louisville, KY)
