Texas High School Football - Jefferson loses to Lanier
September 26, 2024: San Antonio, TX 78207 Lanier Voks (San Antonio, TX) followers went home pleased Thursday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Jefferson Mustangs (San Antonio, TX), 36-7 in a league battle.
With the win, Lanier advances its record to 3-2 on the season. The Voks host Highlands (San Antonio, TX) to play the Owls in a battle on Thursday, October 3. The Owls go into the battle with a record of 1-4. Highlands won 44-0 in their recent non-league battle against Edison (San Antonio, TX)
The Mustangs now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Burbank for a non-league battle on Thursday, October 3. Jefferson will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 34-0 non-league loss to Medina Valley (Castroville, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-3.
