Arizona High School Football - Snowflake sneaks past Gilbert
September 26, 2024: Gilbert, AZ 85234 The Snowflake Lobos football squad scored 30 points and limited the host Gilbert Tigers to 28 in the Lobos non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Lobos now sport a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they host Poston Butte for a test on Thursday, October 10. Snowflake will meet a Broncos squad coming off a 22-7 non-league win over Arizona College Prep (Chandler, AZ). The Broncos record now stands at 1-1.
With the defeat, Gilbert drops to 3-1 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Sunnyslope (Phoenix, AZ) to meet the Vikings in a non-league test on Wednesday, October 2. The Vikings come into the test with a record of 3-2. Sunnyslope lost 44-27 in their recent non-league test against Desert Edge (Goodyear, AZ)
