September 26, 2024: Muskegon, MI 49442 Belding Black Knights (Belding, MI) boosters exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Orchard View Cardinals (Muskegon, MI), 5-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Belding moves its record to 15-0 on the campaign. The Black Knights travel to Calvin Christian (Grandville, MI) to clash with the Squires in a Ottawa-Kent - Silver test on Tuesday, October 1. The Squires come into the test with a record of 8-4. Calvin Christian lost 1-0 in their recent non-league test against Western Michigan Christian (Muskegon, MI)
The Cardinals now sport a 5-11 record. They take the field next when they host Muskegon for a non-league test on Monday, September 30. Orchard View will clash with a Big Reds team coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to Caledonia (Caledonia, MI). The Big Reds record now stands at 0-14.
