Fans at Thursday's league battle between the Princeton Tigers (Princeton, MN) and the host North Branch Vikings (North Branch, MN), saw Princeton's soccer squad knock off North Branch by a score of 2-0.

The Tigers (7-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Grand Rapids (Grand Rapids, MN). The Thunderhawks go into the Class A Section 7 challenge with a 5-4 record. In their last challenge, Grand Rapids nudged Superior (Superior, WI), 4-1, in a non-league challenge.

With the loss, North Branch moves to 0-7 on the year. The Vikings travel to PACT Charter (Ramsey, MN) to encounter the Panthers in a Class A Section 7 challenge on Saturday, September 28. The Panthers go into the challenge with a record of 5-1. PACT Charter won 6-0 in their recent league challenge against North Lakes Academy (Forest Lake, MN)
