Missouri High School Soccer - Platte County toppled by Pembroke Hill
September 26, 2024: Kansas City, MO 64112 Pembroke Hill Raiders (Kansas City, MO) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Platte County Pirates (Platte City, MO), 8-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Pembroke Hill moves its record to 6-3 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Blue Valley Southwest (Overland Park, KS) to meet the Timberwolves in a non-league test on Saturday, September 28. The Timberwolves come into the test with a record of 7-0. Blue Valley Southwest won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Park Hill South (Riverside, MO)
The Pirates now sport a 2-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kearney for a Suburban - Small 6 test on Monday, September 30. Platte County will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to St. Michael the Archangel (Lee's Summit, MO). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-5.
