September 26, 2024: Summit, NJ 07091 The Summit Hilltoppers soccer squad scored 7 points and held the visiting Roselle Park Panthers to 1 in the Hilltoppers non-league victory on Thursday.
The Hilltoppers now possess a 8-0 record. They play next when they travel to Governor Livingston for a Mountain Valley - Mountain bout on Monday, September 30. Summit will play a Highlanders squad coming off a 4-1 non-league loss to North Plainfield (North Plainfield, NJ). The Highlanders record now stands at 0-7.
With the loss, Roselle Park moves to 0-1 on the year. The Panthers host Memorial (West New York, NJ) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Friday, October 4. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 5-4.
