The Bishop McCort Crushers volleyball squad (Johnstown, PA), was defeated 3-0 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Bald Eagle Area Eagles (Wingate, PA)

With the win, Bald Eagle Area improves its record to 10-4 on the season. The Eagles host Bellwood-Antis (Bellwood, PA) to encounter the Blue Devils in a Laurel Highlands 1 battle on Monday, September 30. The Blue Devils go into the battle with a record of 7-4.

The Crushers now own a 6-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bishop Carroll for a Laurel Highlands 2 battle on Monday, September 30. Bishop McCort will encounter a Huskies squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Huntingdon (Huntingdon, PA). The Huskies record now stands at 9-5.
