With the win, Wilton advances its record to 20-3 on the season. The Beavers host West Liberty (West Liberty, IA) to face the Comets in a non-league test on Thursday, October 3. The Comets go into the test with a record of 15-6. West Liberty lost 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Regina (Iowa City, IA)
The Wildcats now sport a 4-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Cedar for a non-league test on Saturday, September 28.
