Rock Creek Mustangs (St. George, KS) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Abilene Cowboys (Abilene, KS), 28-14 in a league battle.

With the win, Rock Creek upgrades its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Clay Center (Clay Center, KS) to meet the Tigers in a North Central Kansas match on Friday, October 3. The Tigers come into the match with a record of 3-1. Clay Center won 44-8 in their recent league match against Chapman (Chapman, KS)
