The Mt. Diablo Red Devils football team (Concord, CA), was crushed 56-0 in Friday's non-league bout with the visiting Acalanes Dons (Lafayette, CA)

With the victory, Acalanes betters its record to 5-0 on the year. The Dons host Benicia (Benicia, CA) to confront the Panthers in a non-league contest on Friday, October 3. The Panthers enter the contest with a record of 2-3. Benicia won 48-0 in their recent non-league contest against Encinal (Alameda, CA)

Coming up next, the Red Devils confront the McClymonds Warriors (Oakland, CA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, October 3. Mt. Diablo will attempt to better on its 3-2 season record. The Warriors enter the contest with a 2-2 record after their 28-20 non-league loss to California (San Ramon, CA).
