Michigan High School Football - Algonac falls to Imlay City
September 26, 2025: Imlay City, MI 48444 The Imlay City Spartans felled the visiting Algonac Muskrats football team by a score of 22-6 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Spartans play the Richmond Blue Devils (Richmond, MI) in a Blue Water Area challenge, on Friday, October 3. Imlay City will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record. The Blue Devils go into the test with a 5-0 record after their 37-7 league win over North Branch (North Branch, MI).
With the defeat, Algonac drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Muskrats travel to Croswell-Lexington (Croswell, MI) to meet the Pioneers in a Blue Water Area test on Friday, October 3. The Pioneers come into the test with a record of 1-4. Croswell-Lexington lost 38-13 in their recent league challenge against Almont (Almont, MI)
