In Friday's non-league bout, the Lake Marion Gators (Santee, SC) football team beat the visiting Allendale-Fairfax Tigers (Fairfax, SC), by a final score of 19-0.

With the win, Lake Marion advances its record to 2-4 on the season. The Gators travel to Barnwell (Barnwell, SC) to battle the Warhorses in a AA Region 5 contest on Friday, October 3. The Warhorses enter the contest with a record of 2-4. Barnwell lost 49-6 in their recent non-league contest against Silver Bluff (Aiken, SC)
