The Bethlehem Central Eagles football team (Delmar, NY), was crushed 49-7 in Friday's league bout with the host Niskayuna Silver Warriors (Niskayuna, NY)

With the win, Niskayuna advances its record to 3-1 on the season. The Silver Warriors travel to Troy (Troy, NY) to confront the Flying Horses in a Section 2 A - Capital contest on Friday, October 3. The Flying Horses enter the contest with a record of 3-1. Troy won 27-14 in their recent league contest against Columbia (East Greenbush, NY)

Coming up next, the Eagles confront the Amsterdam Rams (Amsterdam, NY) in a Section 2 A - Capital contest, on Friday, October 3. Bethlehem Central will attempt to better on its 1-3 season record.
