The Bishop Hartley Hawks walloped the visiting St. Charles Cardinals football team by a score of 40-7 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Hawks face the Walsh Jesuit Warriors (Cuyahoga Falls, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, October 3. Bishop Hartley will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record. The Warriors go into the challenge with a 5-1 record after their 19-14 non-league loss to Archbishop Hoban (Akron, OH).

The Cardinals (3-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Dublin Scioto (Dublin, OH). The Irish go into the non-league test with a 3-3 record. In their last test, Dublin Scioto was overwhelmed by Westland (Galloway, OH), 38-21, in a league test.
