The Van Vandals (Van, TX) football trounced the visiting Brownsboro Bears (Brownsboro, TX), 57-18 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Vandals now sport a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Spring Hill for a 4A-2 Region II District 7 outing on Friday, October 10. Van will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 63-55 non-league loss to Grandview (Grandview, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 1-4.
