West Virginia High School Football - Liberty triumphant over Buffalo
September 26, 2025: Buffalo, WV 25033 The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Liberty Raiders (Glen Daniel, WV) and the host Buffalo Bison (Buffalo, WV), witnessed Liberty's football squad wallop Buffalo by a tally of 48-0.
The Raiders (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Westside (Clear Fork, WV). The Renegades enter the Coalfield AA contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Westside crushed PikeView (Princeton, WV), 38-22, in a league contest.
Next up, the Bison encounter the Calhoun Red Devils (Mt. Zion, WV) in a Little Kanawha bout, on Friday, October 3. Buffalo will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record. The Red Devils go into the bout with a 1-4 record after their 52-12 non-league loss to Tolsia (Fort Gay, WV).
