In Friday's non-league match, the host North Iberville Bears football squad scored a big 43-0 triumph over the Centerville Bulldogs.

The Bears (4-0) will now prepare for their match against Vinton (Vinton, LA). The Lions come into the non-league match with a 3-1 record. In their last match, Vinton routed Delcambre (Delcambre, LA), 20-16, in a non-league match.

Coming up next, the Bulldogs meet the Gueydan Bears (Gueydan, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, October 3. Centerville will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record. The Bears go into the challenge with a 0-4 record after their 49-0 non-league loss to Elton (Elton, LA).
