The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Central Fellowship Christian Academy Lancers (Macon, GA) and the visiting Trinity Christian Crusaders (Dublin, GA), witnessed Central Fellowship Christian Academy's football squad knock off Trinity Christian by a tally of 27-14.

The Lancers (3-4) will now prepare for their contest against Heritage (Newnan, GA). The Hawks enter the AAAAAA Region 4 contest with a 1-6 record. In their last contest, Heritage was outscored by Piedmont Academy (Monticello, GA), 57-14, in a non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Crusaders confront the Southland Academy Raiders (Americus, GA) in a GIAA AA/A District 3 contest, on Friday, October 10. Trinity Christian will attempt to better on its 5-2 season record. The Raiders enter the contest with a 5-2 record after their 44-7 non-league win over Terrell Academy (Dawson, GA).
