In Friday's non-league bout, the Cottage Hill Christian Academy Warriors (Mobile, AL) football team crushed the visiting Choctaw County Tigers (Butler, AL), by a final score of 44-0.

With the win, Cottage Hill Christian Academy advances its record to 5-0 on the season. The Warriors travel to T.R. Miller (Brewton, AL) to encounter the Tigers in a 3A Region 1 bout on Friday, October 3. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 5-1. T.R. Miller lost 29-6 in their recent non-league contest against UMS-Wright Prep (Mobile, AL)

Coming up next, the Tigers battle the University Charter Trail Blazers (Livingston, AL) in a 1A Region 3 contest, on Friday, October 10. Choctaw County will attempt to better on its 3-3 season record.
