The Wildcats now sport a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host Ripley for a 4A Region 3 outing on Friday, October 3. Clarksdale will battle a Tigers team coming off a 21-3 non-league win over Booneville (Booneville, MS). The Tigers record now stands at 2-2.
With the defeat, Gentry drops to 0-5 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Kosciusko (Kosciusko, MS) to clash with the Whippets in a 4A Region 4 outing on Friday, October 3. The Whippets come into the outing with a record of 5-0. Kosciusko won 41-25 in their recent non-league contest against Choctaw County (Ackerman, MS)
