September 26, 2025: Colo, IA 50056 The Clarksville Indians football squad scored 54 points and limited the host Colo-NESCO Royals to 14 in the Indians league triumph on Friday.
The Indians now sport a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host Belle Plaine for a non-league test on Thursday, October 2. Clarksville will clash with a Plainsmen squad coming off a 34-24 league win over WACO (Wayland, IA). The Plainsmen record now stands at 2-2.
The Royals (2-3) will now prepare for their game against Meskwaki Settlement (Tama, IA). The Warriors enter the 8-Man District 6 (8 Man) game with a 0-5 record. In their last game, Meskwaki Settlement was trounced by North Tama (Traer, IA), 48-6, in a league game.
