Mississippi High School Football - West Marion smashes Collins

September 26, 2025: Foxworth, MS 39483

In Friday's non-league game, the West Marion Trojans (Foxworth, MS) football team triumphed over the visiting Collins Tigers (Collins, MS), by a tally of 42-10.

In their next game, the Trojans battle the Tylertown Chiefs (Tylertown, MS) in a 3A Region 8 game, on Friday, October 3. West Marion will attempt to better on its 3-2 season record. The Chiefs enter the game with a 4-1 record after their 40-20 non-league win over Perry Central (New Augusta, MS).

The Tigers (1-4) will now prepare for their game against North Forrest (Hattiesburg, MS). The Eagles enter the 2A Region 8 game with a 1-4 record. In their last game, North Forrest was trounced by Taylorsville (Taylorsville, MS), 13-0, in a non-league game.
