September 26, 2025: Days Creek, OR 97429 The Elkton Elks overwhelmed the host Days Creek Wolves football squad by a count of 46-7 in Friday's league test.
The Elks now hold a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Gilchrist for a 1A Special District 3 (6 Man) test on Friday, October 3. Elkton will meet a Grizzlies squad coming off a 31-7 league win over McKenzie (Finn Rock, OR). The Grizzlies record now stands at 2-1.
The Wolves (0-3) will now prepare for their challenge against North Lake (Silver Lake, OR). The Cowboys enter the 1A Special District 3 (6 Man) challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, North Lake was ripped by Powers (Powers, OR), 52-26, in a league challenge.
