September 26, 2025: New Hyde Park, NY 11040 The Division Blue Dragons football squad scored 49 points and limited the host Mineola Mustangs to 24 in the Blue Dragons league triumph on Friday.
The Blue Dragons now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hewlett for a Section 8 Conference III game on Saturday, October 4. Division will face a Bulldogs team coming off a 48-22 league loss to Wantagh (Wantagh, NY). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-2.
The Mustangs (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Sewanhaka (Floral Park, NY). The Indians enter the non-league game with a 0-3 record. In their last outing, Sewanhaka was defeated by Clarke (Westbury, NY), 37-7, in a non-league outing.
