In Friday's league game, the West York Area Bulldogs (York, PA) football team triumphed over the visiting Eastern York Golden Knights (Wrightsville, PA), by a tally of 48-6.

In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the South Western Mustangs (Hanover, PA) in a non-league game, on Friday, October 3. West York Area will attempt to better on its 6-0 season record. The Mustangs enter the game with a 3-3 record after their 48-12 league win over Red Lion (Red Lion, PA).
